Commit an assurance client to the terms of a finance transaction.
Execute a transaction on the client's behalf.

Assisting a client in defining corporate finance strategies.
Assisting in identifying possible sources of capital.
Providing restructuring advice.
Safeguards:
Separate staff from the audit team.
No management decisions are taken on behalf of the client.
