Wrongful dismissal:
A common law claim made where an employee has been dismissed without justification, often when they have been denied their required notice period (Instant dismissal of this type is known as summary dismissal).
Wrongful dismissal is commonly claimed by employees that do not qualify for unfair dismissal.
