On the date of disposal , sale in IFRS 15 Revenue from Contracts with Customers would be met

Accounting treatment

Not revenue for this disposal of an item of PPE

Gain or loss on disposal

Sales proceeds – Carrying amount of the asset

Remaining balance of Revaluation surplus should be transferred to Retained earnings
