Components of the organization （Mintzberg）-組織的組成部分-明茨伯格
Mintzberg believes that all organizations can be analysed into five components:
① Strategic apex
? Define and ensure the organization follow its mission
? Manages the organizations relationship with the environment
Eg BOD
② Middle line
? Converts the desires of the strategic apex into the work done by the operating core
③ Operating core
? People directly involved in the process of obtaining inputs, and converting them into outputs
④ Technostructure
? Analysers determine the best way of doing a job
? Planners determine outputs
? Personnel analysts standardize skills (eg training programs)
? Standardization of work processes or outputs
⑤ Support staff
? Ancillary services such as public relations, legal counsel, the cafeteria
